This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Soras Corporation LTD. It applies to everyone who uses Enthyma through your account.
1. You must not use the Service to
Unlawful content and data
- store, process or create content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, or that you have no right to use;
- upload special categories of personal data (health, genetic or biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, sex life or sexual orientation), data about criminal offences, or data about children;
- target or profile people by any of those characteristics, or target advertising at children.
Sources and platforms
- read a website against its terms of use, its robots.txt rules or a text-and-data-mining reservation, or read platforms on our list of platforms that forbid automated reading;
- break the terms of any platform you connect, or use a connector for anything other than your own audience research;
- circumvent plan limits, quotas, rate limits or technical restrictions.
Access and models
- resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, or to the AI models behind it, with anyone outside your organisation;
- use the Service or its Output to train or improve a competing product or AI model.
Advertising content
- create fake reviews or testimonials, attribute invented quotes to real people, or present AI-drafted text as a customer's own words;
- make deceptive or unsubstantiated claims, including health, financial or environmental claims;
- create advertising that discriminates unlawfully, for example in housing, employment or credit;
- harass, threaten or defame anyone.
Security and load
- upload malware, probe or test the security of the Service without our written permission, or access data that is not yours;
- place unreasonable load on the Service, or use automated means to access it other than our documented interfaces;
- use the Service to post, like, follow, message or otherwise engage on social networks automatically.
2. Enforcement
2.1 We may investigate suspected breaches. Depending on how serious a breach is, we may warn you, remove or disable content, restrict features, suspend the account, or terminate it under the Terms.
2.2 When we act, we send you a statement of reasons that explains the facts, the ground relied on and how to contest the decision, unless the law forbids it. You can contest a decision at help@sorascorp.com.
2.3 We may report illegal activity to the competent authorities where the law requires or allows it.
3. Reporting
Report abuse of the Service to help@sorascorp.com. To report illegal content, use our reporting form, which asks for the information the EU Digital Services Act requires.
